AI Connector is a private integration that lets NetVision Inc read and maintain its own QuickBooks Online books through an AI assistant instead of the QuickBooks web interface. It is used by NetVision Inc staff only. It is not offered to the public, not listed on the QuickBooks App Store, and has no other customers.
What it does
- Reads accounting records — invoices, bills, expenses, journal entries, the chart of accounts, and standard financial reports.
- Creates and edits those same records when a NetVision Inc operator asks it to.
- Runs on a NetVision Inc workstation as a local process. There is no hosted service and no multi-tenant backend.
Connecting
Authorization happens through Intuit's standard OAuth 2.0 flow. An operator signs in to Intuit directly; this integration never sees an Intuit username or password. Seeconnect and reconnect to authorize, ordisconnect to revoke access.
