Revoking access takes effect immediately. Once revoked, AI Connector's stored tokens stop working and it can no longer read or change anything in your QuickBooks Online company.
Revoke from QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Open Settings (the gear icon) → Apps.
- Find AI Connector in the connected apps list.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm.
Or revoke from Intuit account settings
- Go to account.intuit.com → Sign in & security → Connected apps.
- Select AI Connector and remove it.
What happens to your data
Disconnecting invalidates the OAuth tokens held on the NetVision Inc workstation, and those tokens are deleted. Your accounting records stay in QuickBooks Online exactly as they are — disconnecting does not delete, alter, or export anything from your books. See the privacy policy for what was accessed and how it was handled.

To restore access later, start the authorization flow again from theconnect page.
