This agreement governs use of AI Connector ("the Software"), a private QuickBooks Online integration made available by NetVision Inc ("NetVision") to its own personnel. By authorizing the Software against a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to these terms.
1. License
NetVision grants authorized NetVision personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for NetVision's internal accounting operations. The Software is not licensed for resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of third parties.
2. Restrictions
- Do not connect the Software to a QuickBooks Online company you are not authorized to administer.
- Do not share OAuth credentials, tokens, or client secrets outside NetVision.
- Do not use the Software to circumvent QuickBooks Online access controls or Intuit's terms of service.
3. Your responsibility for the books
The Software can create, modify, and delete accounting records. Every such change is initiated by an operator, and the operator is responsible for reviewing it. The Software is an interface to QuickBooks, not a bookkeeper, an auditor, or a tax advisor. Nothing it produces is accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify material entries before relying on them, and keep independent backups of your accounting data.
4. Intuit's role
QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are products of Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this agreement, does not endorse the Software, and is not responsible for it. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. NetVision does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce correct accounting results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetVision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or corrupted accounting records, arising from use of the Software.
7. Termination
This license ends when access is revoked or when you stop using the Software. Sections 3 through 6 survive termination. Instructions for revoking access are on thedisconnect page.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
